You have the right to request deletion of your personal data that Goality Sport Group OÜ holds about you. This page explains how to submit a deletion request.
Note: accounting records (invoices, payment receipts) are retained for 7 years under the Estonian Accounting Act (Raamatupidamise seadus § 12). These are kept in line-item form; personal data is minimised to what is strictly required for tax and audit purposes.
You can request deletion in two ways — use whichever is more convenient.
Option A — from your account (recommended)
Sign in to your Goality account.
Open your profile and use the "Request account deletion" action. This sends a verified request automatically.
If you signed in via Google or Facebook, also revoke Goality's access in your social account settings.
Option B — by email
Send a deletion request to privacy@goality.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We may contact you to verify your identity before acting on the request.
We will confirm receipt and complete the request without undue delay, in any case within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
